The Belle Rose is a fruity Mthode Cap Classique which is the Pinot Noir varietal. At first floral, the bouquet centers in on elegant notes of rose. It then becomes more complex with aromas of fresh grapes and small red fruits. The champagne contains hints of strawberry and raspberry flavors. The palate reveals a lively presentation of rich strawberry and cherry flavours derived from Pinot
